A four session exploration of yourself and career options to help you get unstuck.
The Confidant
Monthly sessions to support you in career development or in your role as a manager.
The Big Decision
You've got a big decision to make. The options are clearly laid out for you. Do you choose X or Y or Z?
The Big Decision is a 90 minute session and an optional follow on session to help you make a decision. There may also be reflection activities in between the sessions depending on the situation.
This is a good offering for people in senior positions who don't have many people they can speak to and need an independent confidant.
